It’s about someone’s time, effort, and often their own money being put into sharing something with the community.
Taking the time to create and give something away is not insignificant.If something feels unfair or downright bad, why shouldn’t we be allowed to speak up about it?
The real issue is when people act as if they’re entitled to demand things that are being given to them for free. That’s not constructive criticism—that’s a lack of respect.

@yuzukita I agree this person is entitled to complain if they'd like. However, making this post was unnecessary. Putting files in a file holding service isn't hard work, though. Although, your contribution and kindness is very appreciated by the community and thank you for sharing with us!
