I've added arms to the model, as well as the nipples and vagina; now, all that's left is to modify the clothing and test the model.

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but the arms detach when I trigger an expression in Unity; I've been trying to figure out the issue in Blender but haven't found the cause?

I did the best I could, but unfortunately, I can't get any better results with this model; I'm handing it over to someone else to take it from here.

I tried to repair them, but each time they detach from the body because they reattach themselves, I don't know why, to the eye when I change my expression.
