i have just been using https://github.com/vosd04/vrcw-launcher/releases/tag/v1.0.2 for the meantime untill someone gets it fixed if you have the vrcw file then you can get in the world with this make sure you start up steamvr first if u want to try it in vr ofc then lauch the program but seems like you should use ur own uploaded avi seem bugged whenever u try to use a public avi it comes out as a error bot so whenever you want to play normal restart ur game backup normally the world wont be there unless you use the program you can try invite one of ur buddys or something i never tried it was mostly a solo thing :3

Not bugged for public. Launching VRChat this way launches it in an "offline" mode, while you can still see your friends online, you can't actually travel to public instances or even create private instances. It's purely a system built for world creators to test their worlds without needing to publish them to VRChat.
