@villianrae best bet as first troubleshoot is always to remake project, put all needed files in first and then fresh import the avatar.
@LootGoblin i had found my issue!! i forgot to auto fix mipmaps and whatever else needed an auto fix... note to all, dont forget those, it could make your avatar fail to upload!!

@mars101 yes! just download it and drag in to the project and you should be good. you only need everything goblin mentioned

I this doesnt work, and you use face tracking version (VRCFT+SPS) , make sure to have "Jerry's face tracking" in your project, after that no more errors
