@bunpxii no worries, when you open unity there should be a tab called packages if you scroll down your going to see vrcft - jerry's templates after that you want to click on prefab and drag the appropriate prefab to the avatar

@woowoo im sorry to bug you, but mine says something about a prefab, its not missing, but its for the whip. is this for that? or is it something else im struggling with?
