!! ~ compressing avatars for quest. Help!!

So ive been a questie for awhile now and all the avatars I upload either have quest packages included or not, but when theres not I try my best to compress them as much as possible while still being able to enjoy the quality.
Lately I haven't been able to compress ANY of the avatars that I've uploaded for pc to quest. I tried the Polytool, compressing the textures to the lowest setting and even deleting clothes or parts to the avatar.
Does anyone have any tools or tips because im starting to get tired of the stress and hours i put into converting an avatar just for it to not work.

With the male deathclaw avatar I've just been introduced to avatar compressors like the LAC compressor

Don't ask me how exactly they work, but at the very least, I see LAC compresses textures.
