1.What base is this?I'm very much a noob at bases and cant tell what is what, but in the first place most of the models on this page seem to have a smaller head and longer limbs so this goes into my second question.
2. How would you manage this longer limb to head ratio? And finally
3. What assets is this using? Anything like the ears, skin texture or hair would be nice.

This is Miltina. I think they probably lengthened the legs and shortened the head a bit!
