Currently just working on reoptimizing her due to having 336 bones and a 14 MB size, making Quest hard to fix, but I'm getting there

have you tried compressing the FBX to Medium? and be sure the textures are at least around 8x8 pixle compresion and 547x547

I've already done mesh reduction, shes only around 136K polygons. She has far too many bones and blendshpes that I need to clean up
