LF: Sakura avatars from Naruto!

I've looked literally everywhere for a good Sakura avatar! All the ones on prizmics suck or are broken. All the others I've come across are Vroid avatars and idk how to make them VRC avatars. I would even settle for an avatar that's inspired/themed of her!
I found this vroid avatar of her streetwear look and would love to have this as an avatar but idk how to get it let alone turn it into a VRC avatar. Can anyone help?

it sadly cant be downloaded as the person turned permission for it off, turning vroid avis into VRC avis is very easy though as there is a whole unity tool for it that does the whole process automatically

@ProAce420 Yes, it also comes with a vrm shader. I will look if i can find it, but it basically automates the whole process. you just need to export the model as a .vrm, import it into unity and then click on duplicate and convert for vrchat in the tool in unity.
