the link deltaz provided is already got quest supported mats, just drag the avi prefab onto the scene (was no unity scene), name & snap a pic, then upload to PC first, then swap platforms and upload on quest, ez pz for probably fred too.

(just keep in mind the avi doesn't have body sliders or facial expressions. is pretty basics, but haz physbones!!)
