I bought it and will be charging it back since they wanna be a shithead, they could have left well enough alone. and ignored it but now they will be out all that money. I hope they learn to realize that it might be better to ignore this kinda thing. Turning a blind eye is sometimes better. And strawbunny if you are reading this sorry but get mental help you cannot go around trying to sue everyone, not everyone is legally liable under japanese DMCA laws. I am legally free to use the files however I want where I live, I am not legally bound to any of your agreements.

I am fine if its mine being exposed as I am kinda stepping away from VRC for the most part but my links will continue to be updated. VRC is honestly kinda boring nowadays and this was kinda my gift before i stepped away. what a wonderful note to dip on. JFC creators like this will never not be funny letting what little fame they have go to their head. XD

Also I had a friend whos's not playing anymore and does not care about their account upload it so will see if anything happens. my guess is no because strawbunny cannot to anything legally to me or my friend, and would be bitchslapped out of court.

BTW I will not chargback if Strawbunny does not pull any of these links within a week, I hold no un-needed ill will towards strawbunny, But on principal I must do this as they started this. It is sad that the pirates are more polite than the creators. I would have been willing to work with them if they ask politely instead of instantly resorting to threats, its not the first time a creator reached out. But this is the result of your impolite attitude.

I just read their full terms and almost all of it is not able to be enforced legally in quite a few countries. As most countries will honour owning of files and freedom to modify however. Good example, how in the hell would this be enforced? "Must not contain stolen or unlicensed assets." Okay this one is just stupid "All assets I use are properly credited. You may only use them if you own the license to those assets as well." And this one is provably false, as more than half the time the models of theirs uploaded here have all the mesh and texture locker garbage removed eg. Gonzo "I am not responsible for any damage caused by external users or third-party modifications. If you download my work from an unauthorized source, I take no responsibility for:
1.Corrupted or modified files
2.Loggers
3.Malware
4.Scripts or viruses
