LF: avatar with gender toggle

A bit of a random one but i’m looking for an avatar that has a gender toggle. similar to Nawulf’s furry toggle by Nawty https://nawty.gumroad.com/l/nawulf
most avatars i’ve seen with changeable genders have scroll wheels but i was curious if anyone has anything similar to this style of avatar. I’m not bothered about the appearance thanks!
