as a creator myself, I'd say this would realistically come in at about 200-250 usd and more than a month of work. Sorry but you're probably not getting this unless someone with a good amount of experience wants to work for free.

honestly I'm thinking about attempting this, just ripping the ears and tail off of that other model in blender then slapping them onto some other base.
