@Ronja Do this:
Click on whichever asset on the avatar that is missing its textures. (EXAMPLE) your glasses.After you've clicked on the asset, go look at the inspector
Click the small arrow beside “Materials” to expand it. (It is in the inspector.)
You should see Element 0 and Element 1.
Check what materials are listed.
If they show Missing (Material) or look blank, Unity can’t find the textures.
If they have names but look wrong, the textures might have been stripped out.
(In my experience with it, just add the textures it gives you and select the one you want.)

@Ronja Try adding Crystal Shaders to your project. That might fix it. Otherwise, just select from an existing material using the instructions @medievalmermaid gave. Look for metal or glitter or something like that.
