how do i convert it to a usable file

Hotswap it (so you have a 1 to 1 copy) that will probably not help in any way.
Even if you extract it you will not getting usable scripts back to use it on your own.
It's more something to look into it but nothing more sadly.

@Foofie_UwUwO never done it with worlds because it give you no benefits. (you are still end up being locked out of Dances or other things that are normally locked away)
you can't edit it so in the end you can just join the official world.

@Layui I am curious about your hotswapping.

I reversed udon, so I can rebuild the script, even make it work in a new world.
I honestly don't care much about the world, and such, but the technic of hotswapping. Because if anything, i could make a world, with everything unlocked, that would still somewhat work with the existing one (but for that, I need to bypass some udon code signature)

I haven't tempered with hotswap for a while, and as of today, i am not sure which is still safe to do or not.

world hotswap you edit the embedded world id in the vrcw to one you own. calculate the new file build signature (sha256->base64) then edit the sdk world builder script to point to your edited vrcw with the build signature. safe to do as long as it isnt public.

World need to be Private and reports can get fast to log bans (banning accounts that where at some point connected to the uploaded account)
So it's quite dangerous if you don't have the tools to hide your informations.
Know 8 people so far that got banned because of this even with VPN and everything and every account they had.

It's mostly easier to simply load the worlds offline
