@SayaKoshaciy you can use clients like abyss or hexed to directly decrypt cached vrca's / vrcw's, or you can use services like vrcdatapacks or arc to get vrcas and vrcws without even needing to open vrchat. (all of these services are paid)
discord.gg/vrcdatapacksbut if you're referring on how to extract vrcas/vrcws you can get the program in discord.gg/avatarrecovery to extract them (free).
