Edit: The model has been found, thank you aexotin213! However, since it's just the sfm model (I'm not sure if there's a blender version), I've decided to undertake the task with my (very limited) modeling knowledge to update it for better use in Cycles!
Updates will be posted here: and if anybody with more knowledge than myself wishes to contribute it'd be very appreciated

@Skynoodle7 Yeah, that's what it's supposed to look like. You basically build your own deathclaw in SFM with these, so there's no problem.
