has anyone ever uploaded a gonso avi as public, and then vrca ripp'd it? i assume thats a dumb question because its so obvious, but i am wondering what is in place to prevent this.. looking for information on it rn. its such an interesting software

@kitties9999 So i own an avatar with gonzo, if you know someone that I can collab with, i can upload the Gonzo'd avi to public and use it to see if we can get the fbx successfully! I've been dying to get the fbx from this avi I own but it unfortunately has gonzo on it. If we can recover the fbx from that process, I'll happily upload it here on ripper!

i dont know enough about vrca ripping, or gonso to help you, or to know if it'd even work at all as a method.. last i heard, the 3-ish people that have successfully outmatched Gonso, no longer do it anymore (and only recommend not buying Gonso avis). i hope that someone will be able to help you..! there are a lot of people looking to get these protected avatars.
there is a guide on how to do it (risky) - as im sure you've seen on this site. good luck, and thank you for asking about it. i will let you know if i find anyone

Sounds good, unfortunately I've tried the gonzo ripping method but because it's using the newest version of gonzo (fml) It doesn't work :< But do let me know! Ty!

@Rittsuu Would it be in any way possible to find someone who could rip the avi being in the same instance? I heard that is still a possibility, plus the avatar wouldn't need to be public if that was the case.
@Hardware98 I've tried looking but to no avail. No one has dm'd me either. I still have the files and everything needed but sadly just gotta wait till someone's interested enough to wanna degonzo ;-;

@Rittsuu making an avatar with gonso pub will notiify gonzodanny who will then tell the creator and will get you blacklisted, this is what i have been told by someone, plus i am pretty sure ripping the fbx from a pub avi with gonso is a lot hard then just getting someone to degonso it
