hello :3 (I think it's the wrong tag you used...) the texture on this avatar may have been modified a bit, since i saw on X where the avatar came from, that the creator had variants. but you could get and modify something to look like that i think? i found some textures looking like what you are seeking on booth, but feel free to search more if there is actualy a texture that can be bought !
