LF: Rigging/VRC port of Octavia by Bysamzan

I know nothing about blender, let alone unity. So, I have no idea what all needs to be done. But what I do know is, is that I have a model of Octavia by this artist, it's for blender, and I would kill to have it as a model on VRC. This specific one has been in the list on another post, but seems to get sidelined by the Barbie Wire model that guy made, as well as the other (all very good) contenders.
Anyway, hope to find someone who knows what they are doing, cause I sure don't lol.
