This model has a Selestia body, that's from booth.pm. It's a custom edit of it. I'm not 2 sure about the face since It's not fully up there but the owner of it is ArtsyVRC or w/e their twitch name is.
Sadly Selestia doesn't look like that at all. I recognize the assests on it though. -
