@gohizzie23 In CC, next to "Create New Project," simply expand the small menu, select "Add Existing Project," add the downloaded folder, and then open the project.

@Manish tried that too but keeps saying use sdk 3.9.0 or newer
@gohizzie23 I simply updated the packages and had no trouble uploading it.
