you should be able to pop them into any digital art/painting software (clip studio paint, SAI, Photoshop, GIMP, etc.) and edit from there! CSP has a free trial on their site you can get, and they also have an asset shop you can download things like patterns, textures, etc. that could help you get this look you're going for.
