I make custom vrc texture edits and sometimes wholve vrc ports of blender models

Isn't there like... stuff against reselling something? Like yeah you made it Vrchat compatible, but I don't know if you can even sell it without the owners permission, and then again if they find out the model is here they can get it taken down or something.
And I know you gotta pay 8$ to even download the base model on his patreon, 12$ Extra? Really? -
