@astronomical well, like what it says, they only receive the file when it's fully released in the pre order price in the full release price is more expensive than the pre Oder price.

@YoureHarmless if someone did peorder it, I don't think they would tell us probably someone's doing price split, if not, probably is gonna get leaked on the vrmodels and if it does, I would put the link in here
