Ok here is how i do it. its very simple.
Make a folder for world, C:\VRCWorlds\fk_me\ for example, then in that folder I have the world fk_me.vrcw and my bat files. I have 1 for desktop.bat and VR.bat .
All i do is double click whichever i want (example desktop.bat) and it will load the file, launch vrchat and your in.
Thats it.
Here is the code again. I personally just tested it right now (on desktop, i havnt tested VR code again, but i used it earlier today so it should still work perfect.

What each level grants:
admin (7391) — the most powerful, unlocks adminShowObjects and adminTeleport (teleport to the admin zone, access to hidden objects)
staff (2222) — unlocks staff objects and staffTeleport
dj (3333) — the DJ zone and djTeleport
vip (4444) — the VIP zone and vipTeleport
