The Unity packages for this hasn't been updated since mid February, so idk how iffy they are between 1st release and that one update. I can compress both and upload in a bit.

@bootydood Sorry for the late response, I completely forgot to check. The Body mesh alone is nearly 130k polygons. It would take quite a topology change to make it under 100k polys, let alone avoid Very Poor on Quest.
doable, but quite annoying. Plus I don't have experience with retopologizing stuff in Blender. -
