This is really unoptimized, it came with a lot of materials using overlapping render queues and all using transparency 2 pass. And there were no physbones either.
I did my best to optimize the materials, add physbones, made use of render queues and simple transparency, texture formats and added new blendshapes(small breasts) so you don't have to. It would require more work in blender(or if there's a tool) to atlas it all to get it below current 80MB VRAM and large number of (required) high res textures.
