@Thoecris-II only thing i can suggest it's learn how to edit fbx then. it's common issue of unpopular bases, that why many people use manuka/shinano/shinra and etc as main base (not speaking about wester avis bases).
And also there lot's of tools like chimera where you can easy swap heads or bodies on avis, so you can choose that base which looks simmilar to kisha's one and just stick to it while having lot's of outfits that posting here.
Upd: also there need a bit of basic knowledge in adobe photoshop to make body and head color simmilar, but it's much easier than tweak every cloth to concrete body base. -

So I'm familiar. I know how to sculpt outfits in blender to fit a different body. It's just very tedious

Cause Kisha uses novabody and is still relatively new, came out this year.
@Thoecris-II ehhh new standart then ay? Well, then it's even more complicated, but anyways i hope you can find time to dig in a bit in editing cloth models to have those, or even upgraded versions of them.
