A viral YouTube video analyzed a model from guancai and pointed out signs of AI generation. These include strange inconsistencies and features that are common in AI-created art, such as illogical shadowing, missing details in certain areas, ergo the hair and poorly rendered feet and hands.
The model analyzed in the video showed signs that it was created from a single, flat image rather than properly separated, layered artwork. This technique, where a rigger cuts apart a finished image, is a common practice with AI art, which is not generated with separate layers for rigging.
The Etsy shop explicitly describes two team members: Lilian, who handles customer service, and "Guang Cai," who is listed as the artist and rigger. This suggests that a human artist is credited for the work, and the final products are likely rigged by a human.
that does not mean they drew it.
The video outlining the AI concerns was posted by a creator who teaches others how to spot AI art. This indicates a level of expertise behind the critique.

as seen above the inconsistencies are clear, even the art styles have differed greatly, something that is hard for a single artist to do.

please don't be shy to dm me if you have a question^^

                    @Ambsi of course there is?
there is always a watermark on all models to show who owns it, please stop posting that there is issues with the models, and fix it by looking at what the expressions have.
you have to turn it off?

@Snipermaskssimp I confirm that the model has no problems at all, as for @Ambsi you should seek youtube tutorial if you're not familiar with vtube studio etc and I think you should say at least thank you to the one who shared the model ! Have a good day you all 🙂

@Snipermaskssimp So if I'm reading correctly, the Ferret model can't be used for streaming if you gain any revenue?

That sounds a little counter-intuitive for a vtuber model, no?

uh...I am not the one who created the model...?
and I believe what they are saying is the model may not be used for the creation or sale of merchandise, NFTs, or similar products.
When using this model for video production, streaming, or other public exposure, proper credit to the creator is required.

they never said you couldn't do streams with it, or that you could not gain revenue, personally if you have a problem with it then do not use it.

what that creator is saying is, if you use her model for streaming purposes, be sure to lable her as the creator in your twitch or other streaming platform bio if you have any videos with her model in it.

@Snipermaskssimp Sorry if my comment came through a little harsh, sadly text doesn't carry tone:/ Apologies for that!
I know you didn't create the model, I just wanted a second opinion on it, because I'm still not very well versed in these commercial / not commercial stuff.
I just got a bit confused about these lines:
"This model may not be used for any commercial purposes in any form." Which streaming is with ads and such.
But then there's: "When using this model for video production, streaming, or other public exposure, proper credit to the creator is required. " Which is industry standard, I know.

Again, I wasn't trying to be rude, sorry, I was just looking for answers because if I used it, I didn't want to offend the creator accidentally!

Indeed, I have had someone already try to claim I had done something wrong with a model I have donated today I apologize if I too came off as rude or offputting.

I see no issue with people streaming with the model, as I have done it before and haven't gotten in trouble for it.

however I think they do not want you making NFT's or other things that are represented with that model and putting them up for sale.

please don't be shy to dm me if you have a question^^
