Ok I got his rig and everything working I think. I just need help with making the mouth blendshapes and his mouth being stuck open. I can do the unity work

in blender in the cats pop up, you need to manually create the first 3 visemes shapekeys. The AA, OH, and CH then select them under the visemes tab in CATS. from there it will auto create the rest
