Here's Rainy.
Comes with .fbx, .vrm (for use with VRM-supported applications), and .psd files. This is one version behind latest, and uses Dynamic Bone (DL Link). This also uses liltoon shaders.
All anonfiles links are dead; long live anonfiles.
