@luuleepop Sadly I think all of the textures on the face are a combination of several, but I can do my best to help with the ones I recognise.

I noticed the eyes have the same shaped pupils and moon as these but don't match the colour or amount of stars: https://no39.booth.pm/items/4808004
It is likely they merged two different eye textures together

The lip texture, blush, white area under her eyes and glitter mask with the stars on her cheeks seem to come from this:

You can turn the white lashes off on the psd for free using photopea

I'm also convinced that kind of streaky glow on her upper eyelashes is from this:
https://no39.booth.pm/items/4790009

Its kind of a faff to recreate to the same degree, since I also believe things have been put on using the multiply blend mode in photo editing apps to make them darker (the corners of the eyes are almost black in the photos when on the original texture they're gray) but I'm sure you could throw things together to make something similar
