Need help trying to unlock an avatar.

This is the avatar and as well as what some of the toggles look like. There are no sign of any number lock, so I have no idea how to get it unlocked. I tried to rip it, but the avatar data does not show up in the cache files it's some file called "lock" and I don't feel like bother with that. Some help would be awesome.
