How do I rip avatars in 2025?

@help_the_femboyx I have already contacted the person in question on Discord, but perhaps you can help me. There is an avatar that I would really like to have, and I would like to know if it can be ripped. The person I wrote to said no, but since I am not very knowledgeable, I would like to hear more opinions. How can I write to you privately? I would like to avoid posting the link to the avatar here, in case the author sees it.

I found an avatar I feel really connected to and I’m afraid of not being able to use it again for some reason or another. I can link it here if that helps. I also already contacted the creator of the avatar (they lost the unity file a long time ago) and they gave me the fbx to the model but I have no idea how to set it all up, I have CATS add-on as well (i'm very new to blender but not unity). The issue I run into is toggling the triangle pelvis in blender I have no idea where to find that even when I look it up.
