it's just a manuka with a resized headbone (u can do it in unity in like, 1sec), Dazai Sailor Outfit (been posted here tons of times already), Soft Long Hair (posted here as well), the shaders are probably PCSS (good luck with those), no idea about that halo tho, but i've seen it before
