@Ratman_80 We (yes all of us) should just give up, it's so painfully obvious that Cake is never letting this shit out. Next option is re-creating it in blender, or doing it better than he did. As in, more functions, more details, more options, you get the idea. I dunno how we'll do this, especially me I'm not that fluent in blender.

Since I don't play VRChat anymore due to EAC and am on Windows 7 still thought I'd mention it's easy to man in the middle attack yourself to get VRCA's of other people's oddly enough not VRCW's for some reason.
All you have to do is setup XAMPP with logging with fake CDN domains VRChat uses. However you will need to setup fake HTTPS certificates since VRChat refuses HTTP. This could be out of date since I stopped playing since the release of the EAC update back in 2022.
Someone could also try out Ninja Ripper 2 on VRChat with an EAC bypass assuming it's a problem. Since what gets encrypted must be unencrypted to be viewable. Maybe the WebGL DRM offset could be of some use as well in the importer/rip log, but maybe it's only for WebGL only idk.On the topic, I personally encountered a kemono furry, some purple NN who posted about making friends on Twitter in VRC. When asked about doing events in public lobbies or playing with her community she literally, whilst speaking with me for the first time ever defaulted to indirectly calling me an avatar stealer and explain she doesn't actually make friends and plays in closed off communities/lobbies. I'm surprised someone mentioned this chud even dared to go to a public lobby. lmao

I was gonna say someone could write a cheat to force Unity to load pre-loaded VRCA's with the VRCA's of your choice (replacing one of the default avatars assuming VRC still ships them with the game). VRC use to allow for it pre 2020 or 2019, but last time I tried it just loaded an internal error robot asset.
However, if dextro uses static distortion values theoretically the client should receive them in RAM to unlock the avatar without OSC (assuming cake uses it). Meaning it should be possible to create a dump file while being in the same lobby as cake and manually reverse dextro distortions on VRCA dumps. -

probably redundant, but according to the publicly available model's OP it's a genuine old version so why tho? I'd say commission someone to update it or improve it if you have the money, though at the same time I'm gonna guess artists will refuse money because they feel like we need "permission" or something, but either way

@FemboyHunter seems like ur mixed up pal , allow me to correct ur ignorance. i wasnt "begging" i was selling my avatar that i made in blender for a reasonable price. im sorry that ur so broke and starving for free assets but i'll have u know a total of 7 ppls already bought it off me. :3

Well, if he never goes into a public lobby with his avatars he wants to protect, sure. Otherwise, not so sure about that. Something tells me that if people managed to write clients that logged you out of the game, or crashed you even though you never loaded or even downloaded their VRCA yes, someone absolutely can.
