@tuckergoober ik its a dumb thing to ask but do i do now with the vrcw file as im srill pretty new

You can use Avatar Recovery Client (https://github.com/Dean2k/SARS) to load and extract the .vrcw, and then use FACS Utilities (https://github.com/FACS01-01/FACS_Utilities) to fix Shaders/Scripts/Materials/Animations, and make the world work good as new again!
