@AlcurnReal they like bend backwards when u crouch. It's supposed to bend like normal if yk what I mean

@Emikotek this is a problem with your rig configuration or the weight painting. check the legs in the configuration in unity and see if it all looks right first.

@Emikotek it's real self explanatory. check the humanoid configuration of the fbx, make sure all the bones are in the right spots. (go to the fbx, hit Configure under animation type)
