so I know the twitter user personally and this asset is their own creation. I'll ask on VR whenever I can if they plan to release it to the public, but 99% this will most likely stay as a personal asset for their avatar.

https://sabajyun.booth.pm/ is the user's store, if they ever put it up for sale. It is probably better to search for a public avatar with wings and kitbash it onto usasaki.
