I am not certain, but it kind of reminds me of ash because of the lash line. There might be an option in blendshapes to take out that middle lash? the rest is probably textures and editing the face in blendshapes, at least that is if it is ash

Omg thanks both of you! I have a feeling it might be a combination of both with a head swapping with ash's head?
Not entirely sure upon this theory though
