I figured out the missing scripts! I had a feeling I knew what the issue was, and It turns out I was right!

https://github.com/VRLabs/World-ConstraintI believe it was only the Final-IK-Stub of VR Devlabs' AV3 stuff, but it never hurts to have world constraints as well, both of them installed, and the missing scripts are now gone!

New issue... The whole avatar is broken. When testing in GestureManager, all the clothes are enabled all at once, the sliders being changed cause the body to freak out.. and none of the custom features work correctly.
Wow! Double-Fix! Fixing Spree!
Turns out the Cancerspace shader the avatar package includes (the one in the link) is straight up non-functional, and requires you to install it. Who'd have guessed? Cancerspace 3.5 fixes everything!
I've uninstalled Unity Hub/Unity Editors and can no longer help :( I just can't justify the costs of spending time doing this anymore.
