You mean the TVF Base (The Foundry Standard Base) which has those options which is made by Skunny, here is a list of creators that made avatars from that base, not all of the creator's avatars use that base but some do use it

Ah that sucks, its kinna hard to find any outfits made for the TVF base unless you sculpt them to it in blender

@KemonoFriend1260 Yeah TVF just isn't that popular, honestly sucks because I love all the customisation you can do to it. As much as people edit Venus and Zinpia bases beyond their blendshapes for that BIMBO look, you'd think more people would lean towards TVF
