Lets start:
First, I removed all the drivers and fur meshes, now, I'm subdividing the edge loops on the lips and fixing up generally bad topology before I subdivide the mesh while keeping all the blend-shapes in-tact.
@TheTrickster Can you please post the unmodified Blender version? I'd really appreciate it.

those shoulders were still bad, i adjusted it, will show overall movement later
i think these have to be the biggest avatar eyes i've seen by far, exceeding the besuru, too
i'd like to note that I had spent the longest time actually making the 26k polys look equal to how it looked when subdivided, that took forever and I still have to do visemes raaa -
I really, really wasn't impressed with the human fingernails, so I put appropriate ones.
Alot more animation rigs, whether it be SFM, or Blender, are put together in haste one some parts ( solme have human feet for a furry avatar, hell no), so that they can be put together well in others. Since VRChat requires alot of finger interaction, I'm putting on some from a popular fox model for VRChat since they're the most polished.

I got it in VRChat, and even have visemes on it and everything!
Lots of trial and error, but I got it working, last step is to get a really really nice fur shader up and running on it~!

I did remove the NSFW bits so I could use it more casually, that sort of appeal only really manifests in the animations from what I've seen.

@TheTrickster That is fair, though everyone here in this particular thread/topic afaik primarily just wants the original blend file. (Ik I just want the original blend file, I don't really care for an avi version of it, and besides if I want an avi version of it, I'd do it myself anyways lol.)
