She uses 4paws locomotion to run on all 4's for whatever reason....so when spawning in make sure you go to Body > Kemono Sprint > and then toggle it off.

The extra hands on Faputa does not work for the follow feature, but aside from that? In general all around its good.
Also texture VRChat/Mobile/Particle/Multiply will also fix the lingerie
