Then again Unity and VRC's SDK in particular is... a mess. (also have to ponder if your using regular unity 2022.3.22f1, or if your using vcc... cause if it's the latter, would not be surprised at all especially.)

@Baphometscurse To be fair, afaik, they also intend on doing something similar to what Tori does maybe- which is have a period where they get their sales, and then after said period of time is over, those of us here would probably get the files to it from them directly if we are patient type deal. Though afaik, they are still working on it without a doubt.
Also personally I'd just not worry about Quest myself considering one won't ever get the full feature set for a complex avi on Quest when considering the heavy limits VRC has for it.
