EDIT: all good, i used a file cleaner and it removed the trojan.

Scanned through Windows Security as they did, looked fine. Also looked fine when ran through VirusTotal.

@zetton on occasion that particular file name can cause a false positive in windows defender. even if it was, last i looked that file up on online, it supposedly if let run, only causes issues with macOS
