Is it safe to download and upload from vrcpirate

I found an avatar I liked on vrcpirate but the original avatar got taken down due to the ban waves so I was wondering if it was safe to download and upload files from it

I'd say it should be safe, but don't quote me on it. Because hypothetically, you'd be using a different blueprint ID for the project, which is unique from the original uploaders, so I wouldn't worry about it. But if you're skeptical, I'd suggest uploading to an alt that's a new user and making it public so you can grab it off of VRCX. Hopefully, this helps.
