@patonex I also had this issue. Here are the things I did that made it work for me.
- Use Unity 2022.3.22f1
- After importing model into unity, I got a pop-up saying to "Fix Normal Maps" instead of pressing "Fix ALL" I chose to ignore. (No, it does not affect the way the model looks in game)
