Is shader ripping possible?

Trying to rip shaders from a public avatar.
Is it possible, and if it is what are the means? -
If I recall shaders are compiled on build, so the shaders in-game and in the editor are completely different and pretty difficult to repair, that being said, if you know what shader is being used you can find a copy of the original shader and it should retain all the information when you change the compiled shader to the uncompiled variant.

Their is currently no reliable way/method to rip shaders unless you:
- rip an avatar
- looked into it's shader folder
- then manually go hunting for the shaders online
